Information

The pousada is located around 100 metres from the beach and has a pool, a restaurant and chill-out areas as well as three types of accommodation: a kite house, bungalows and palafita stilt houses.

You will always find a quiet spot to relax or chat with like-minded people in the pousada's extensive palm garden. The beach area is right next to the spot, from where it's just a short walk to the restaurant, pool and communal area. You will be free to enjoy that pure beach feeling without losing touch with the kite spot and the wind.

Room types

PORTAL DO VENTO - KITEHOSTEL

Kitehostel - your hostel with like-minded people and privacy.

We now offer you the second kite house as a "shared" variant. It has 2 separate bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor (single or double occupancy) and 2 further rooms with single beds on the upper floor. The rooms are not 100% locked, but you have the option of moving back and not sharing a dorm with bunk beds. The bathroom is divided so that the toilet and shower can be used at the same time.

PORTAL DO VENTO - BUNGALOW

The rooms in the Tatajuba bungalow include king-size beds, air conditioning, a minibar, an electronic safe and a warm water shower. There is also a private terrace with a hammock where you can kick back in luxury with a beautiful view of the tropical garden.

PORTAL DO VENTO - KITEHOUSE

The kite house is divided into two separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom, electric safe and minibar. It offers 2 Double beds and 2 single beds. The communal living room is large enough for everyone and has a comfortable sofa and a table for games nights. In front of each house is a hammock with beautiful views of the garden.

PORTAL DO VENTO - SEAVIEW PALAFITA

The palafitas are special wooden buildings that sit on four-meter stilts above the ground. Each contains a king-size double bed, a shower with warm water, minibar and electric safe, along with a sofa and desk. As you can imagine, these stilt houses offer amazing views of the ocean and across the river.
