The Kitehouse-Fehmarn is located in Lemkenhafen on the sunny island of Fehmarn. Here we can live with the motto "from bed to board", as we are only 100 metres from the water! The house was completely renovated in 2020/21 and is equipped with 6 rooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and many extras. With the latest gear that Core, Carved and also Duotone have to offer, everyone gets their money's worth when it comes to equipment needs. SUPs and bikes are also included with us and are available to you at any time for a bit of variety. The Kitehouse-Fehmarn offers you a cool kite community, enough space and the kite spot directly in front of the door!

Room types
ROOM 5 - SHARED ROOM
Room 5 is located on the upper floor and shares a large and bright bathroom with room 4. There are two separate rooms, 24m² and 18m², each with two single beds and a balcony. The view from the window is of the kite spot. Room 5 can be booked as a mixed-gender shared room and can therefore sleep up to 4 people who were previously strangers. It can also be booked as a private room. A TV is available in the larger room.
ROOM 4 - PREMIUM ROOM
This room is approx. 20 m², located on the upper floor and shares a large and bright bathroom with room 5. It is suitable for 1-2 persons and has a large double bed. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be booked for 20€ surcharge.
ROOM 2 AND 3 - STANDARD ROOMS
Rooms 2 and 3 are identical, share a bathroom and are located on the ground floor. The rooms are equipped with two single beds and are approx. 10 m² in size. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be booked for 20€ surcharge.
ROOM 1 - PREMIUM ENSUITE ROOM
This room has its own bathroom, is on the ground floor and has a separate exit to the garden. The room is approx. 13 m² and suitable for 1-2 people. In addition to the large double bed and a TV, there are also two wardrobes and a small desk. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be booked 20€.
