The Kitehouse-Fehmarn is located in Lemkenhafenon the sunny island of Fehmarn. Our motto “from bed to board” truly shines here, as we’re just 100 meters from the water! The house was completely renovated in 2020/21 and features 6 rooms and 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and many extras. With the latest from Core, Carved, and Duotone, your gear wishes are covered. SUPs and bikes are also included and available anytime for a change of pace. The Kitehouse-Fehmarn offers a cool kite community, plenty of space, and the kitespot right on the doorstep!

Room types

ROOM 5 - SHARED ROOM

Room 5 is on the upper floor and shares a large, bright bathroom with Room 4. There are two separate rooms, 24m² and 18m², each with two single beds, as well as a balcony. The window overlooks the kitespot. Room 5 can be booked as a mixed-gender shared room and therefore provide sleeping space for up to 4 people who did not know each other beforehand. At the same time, it can also be booked as a private room. A TV is available in the larger room.
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional 20€.

ROOM 4 - PREMIUM ROOM

The room is approx. 20 m² in size, is located on the upper floor, and shares a large, bright bathroom with Room 5. It is suitable for 1–2 people and has a large double bed. All windows are fitted with pleated blinds. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be booked additionally for a surcharge of 20€.

ROOM 2 AND 3 - STANDARD ROOMS

Rooms 2 and 3 are identical, share a bathroom, and are located on the ground floor. The rooms are equipped with two single beds, are approx. 10 m² in size, and face the water. All windows are fitted with pleated blinds. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional 20€.

ROOM 1 - PREMIUM ENSUITE ROOM

This room has its own bathroom, is located on the ground floor, and has a separate exit to the garden. The room is approx. 13 m² and suitable for 1–2 people. In addition to the large double bed and a TV, there are also two wardrobes and a small desk. All windows are fitted with pleated blinds. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional charge of 20€.
