The Kite Villa – heart of the Kite Club

With its spacious terrace, the Kite Villa is the center of our kite club and offers plenty of space to relax across 200 square meters. Around the villa, sun loungers and comfy seating invite you to unwind. In the oriental corner with fireplace and shishas, you can let the day fade out after your kitesessions.

Find peace between sessions in the many chill-out areas and shady spots. During the day, our kitchen team treats you to tasty snacks, Egyptian specialties, and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks. In the afternoon, traditional Egyptian tea awaits you. The chill-out room offers a reading corner, satellite TV, and a DVD player – perfect for watching movies or your own kite footage.

Entertainment is covered too: the lounge has billiards and a foosball table. You’ll also find a small shop for forgotten essentials like lycras or boardshorts.

Our eleven air-conditioned rooms are comfortably furnished and feature a wardrobe, bedside table, refrigerator, satellite TV, hairdryer, and a fan on request. Nine rooms have a private, fully equipped bathroom. Two additional rooms share a communal bathroom with shower and can be booked as single or double rooms, subject to availability.

Two rooms share one bathroom and one shower, making them a bit more affordable. Apart from the bathroom, the furnishings are exactly the same as in the other rooms. The rooms feature air conditioning, fans (on request), a wardrobe, bedside table, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a hairdryer.

Depending on availability, rooms can be booked for single, double, or triple occupancy. One room can accommodate up to four people.
