The Kite Villa – heart of the Kite Club
The Kite Villa, with its spacious terrace, is the center of our Kite Club – 200 square meters to unwind, with sun loungers, seating areas, and an oriental corner with fireplace and shishas for a relaxed après-session.
In the chill-out areas and shaded spots you’ll find peace between sessions. Our kitchen team treats you during the day with snacks, Egyptian specialties, and soft drinks; in the afternoon there’s traditional Egyptian tea. The chill-out room offers a reading corner, satellite TV, and DVD player. For entertainment, there are billiards and foosball in the lounge, plus a small shop for lycras, boardshorts & more.

Our eleven air-conditioned rooms are comfortably furnished and feature a wardrobe, bedside table, refrigerator, satellite TV, hairdryer, and, on request, a fan. Nine rooms have their own fully equipped bathroom. Two additional rooms share a communal bathroom with shower and can be booked as single or double rooms depending on availability.

ROOMS WITH SHARED BATH
Two rooms share one bathroom and one shower, making them a bit more affordable. Apart from the bathroom, the furnishings are exactly the same as in the other rooms. The rooms feature air conditioning, fans (on request), a wardrobe, bedside table, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a hairdryer.

Depending on availability, rooms can be booked for single, double, or triple occupancy. One room can accommodate up to four people.
