Your Kitespot for Sicily - Sicily Lo Stagnone/Marsala

One of Europe’s largest flatwater lagoons—knee- to waist-deep almost everywhere: that’s Lo Stagnone near Marsala. Two different wind systems, both directions rideable in the lagoon—and one is almost always on. This makes the kite spot ideal for anyone who wants to learn kitesurfing, but also for experienced riders kitesurfing in Sicily.

At the northeast end of the lagoon you’ll find Santa Maria and the Kiter Wiese. From here both wind directions are rideable, and you can rely on infrastructure like setup area, launch and landing zone, showers, storage, restaurant, etc. The required kite pass is included in all KiteWorldWide travel packages.
